Join us to grow together and spread the goodness
Prosumer Economy is a macroscale circular economy with positive ecological and social impact, an ecosystem of producers and prosumers, who have synergistic and circular relationships with deepened circular supply chains/networks, where leakage of wealth out of the system is minimized.
As the Prosumer Economy Society, we aim to bring together communities that operate in accordance with the fundamental principles of the Prosumer Economy, with an ecological and fair business model, to collaborate and promote social awareness.
For this purpose, we have developed a network that enables the participation of Prosumer Economy Communities. In this system, organizations that fulfill the requirements of the Prosumer Economy can come together to create a communication and collaboration network.
Why should you join the Prosumer Economy Network?
To foster the widespread adoption of ecological and fair business models and to reach larger prosumer and producer audiences, making connections between the communities is crucial.
All communities within the Prosumer Economy Network participate in the community’s marketing activities, network with other communities, gain advantages for potential collaborations, and learn from each other.
Regular meetings, exchanging ideas, and establishing a network among communities with common goals assist them in improving their systems and spreading their message to larger audiences.
Further, having the activities carried out by communities approved by the Prosumer Economy Society ensures prosumers trust to the community products and services. As a result, a network is formed where prosumers can easily access services and products with confidence, and Prosumer Economy Communities can stay informed about each other’s services and exchange their systems.
Which conditions should be met to join the Prosumer Economy Network?
If your community
(1) embraces the Golden Rule in all service/product production, distribution, marketing, and operational processes,
(2) implements and/or promotes socially fair and ecological production methods,
(3) strives for the circularization of supply chains and internalized exchange within the community, and
(4) is governed in a local and democratic manner, you can apply for registration in the Prosumer Economy Network.
According to these principles, the person, or the entity:
- Treat all living beings and nature as how they want to be treated.
- Do not treat living beings and nature in a way that they don’t want to be treated.
- They wish for all the living beings and nature as they wish for themselves.
- Understand the needs and wants of all living beings, and act accordingly.
Communities that declare their commitment to applying these principles in all their actions and throughout their existence, and who adhere to the relevant conditions, are accepted into the Prosumer Economy Network. They pledge to do their utmost to implement these principles and uphold them.
Who can join the Prosumer Economy Network?
Any formal or informal organization, platform, cooperative, company, association, foundation, etc. that brings together the producers and prosumers meeting the above conditions can join this network.
How can I apply for the Prosumer Economy Network?
Once you have filled out the forms containing information about your community and signed the declaration, your application for the Prosumer Economy Network is considered complete.
Your application will be reviewed by our teams, and if there are any deficiencies, feedback will be provided. Once all the requirements have been fulfilled, your application will be approved.
What will happen when I join the Prosumer Economy Network?
First, let’s redefine the Prosumer Economy. The Prosumer Economy brings together conscious consumers who demand socially fair and ecological products and are curious about the conditions under which the products they purchase were made, along with conscious producers engaged in responsible production. The Prosumer Economy envisions these individuals and organizations forming a community and promoting conscious production. Within this community, producers and consumers interact continuously, fostering the development of a circular system.
Based on this definition, it is important for all communities identifying themselves as part of the Prosumer Economy to come together and establish interactions. This enables mutual recognition, learning from one another, collaboration, and inclusion in activities. Moreover, the collaborative activities undertaken by communities within the Prosumer Economy Network allow for the improvement of their systems. Through collective efforts and shared goals, they strive to make the Prosumer Economy the dominant economic model.
